What to Wear?

Certain things i have done, i have regretted.
What i did today was no exception.

Gona celebrate AS's birthday later.
Considering the number of birthdays, weddings and funerals that i skip regularly, i wonder if anybody would come to mine :)
A four year old kid could probably count the number of birthdays which i turn up for yearly.
And the reason why i turn up for those is out of obligation and guilt.
Most importantly, they would nag and whine for ages if i dont turn up.
I dont really like to go out. Thats all.
If everybody celebrated their birthdays downstairs, i'd turn up for all :)

The Money's Coming

Bumped into Miss K downstairs today.
She's back with her first groom.
I think she was rather traumatised about the entire wedding thing.
First groom still wants to marry her though. Cool.
Don't think she intends to jump into it cos she's decided to invest her CPF through me.
HOORAY!

Been fretting about skincare brands and products.
So many to choose from.
Tough being a lady.
Expensive being a lady.

Hunkies

Yes, there are definitely many on the Torino Winter Olympics 2006.
Spotted a gem from New Zealand.
Many interesting ( some silly) events on the competition.
Made me wished that it snowed in sunny Singapore.
Though from experience, snow is not as white and clean as it seems.
Cos I used to pee in the snow when I was a little girl living in Scotland.
So there.

Might Be A Good Thing After All?

Miss K is not getting married after all. Im not surprised. The odds of the havoc queen getting married is the same as the odds of me winning today's ten million lottery. She's still young (23+ yrs old) No rush mah..

Sometimes I wonder whether its me having issues. He confuses me. Am I thinking too much? I just don't wanna be a fool again.

Home Sweet Home

Im back from Johor!
Had a nice trip.
Lazed around everyday.
Entertained the baby. Watch Singapore TV. Mahjong. ATE ATE & ATE. Seafood was dirt cheap.
This trip was cheap.
I didn't even change any sing dollar because I had enough ringgit from the ang baos and gambling hehe.
Im still in the holiday mood now that im back. Which is not a good thing.

As usual, Ah Yen was very hardcore. he brought us to a spot deep into the inland. Rolling up his berms, he started to wade deep inside the marshes, commenting at the same time that there were crocodiles.
Sinking into the mud every step nearing the water, I decided to make use of the lovely atmosphere and practise my yoga.
Bored, I decided I would learn how to drive a motorbike. FUN!!!
No crocodiles were sighted that day.
But the guys did point out some footprints of the wild boars.

Just an hour before I was to leave for Singapore, the lady who sells her freshly caught prawns and friends on motorbike came by. She had one sea grasshopper ( directly translated from chinese. I have no idea what its called) Its kinda like crayfish except that its head resembles that of a grasshopper. We steamed it while it was still alive (we were in a hurry!) It tasted GREAT! Even better than lobsters. Heard its kinda hard to get to taste it nowadays. I have never seen it before in Singapore. Swaku huh.
